rent the studio
Cedar + Moss Studios offers rental options for our space. The studio is equipped with two bathrooms, seven windows, bed, several different style chairs, changing table and coffee bar and plenty of parking. It is located off Cedar Rd in New Lenox, walking distance from the Metra Train Station and 2 miles from I80. It is floor to ceiling white; making it the perfect canvas.
All renters are billed per hour including any part of an hour; which will be billed at the next full hour. When booking, there should always be a 30 minute buffer between sessions of you and another photographer. Newborn sessions need an hour buffer between another photographer – if session is after newborn. All renters will have a signed contract with rules and payment.
All renters must have proof of insurance each year. Rates are subject to change.

what comes with the studio?
You have access to the bed, beige couch, all chairs, and coffee station.
In order to maintain our brand, you do not have access to the teal couch, rolling wall, fabrics, plants, wooden toys, rugs or wardrobe. Please bring your own props. There is no glitter or smash cakes allowed at our studio.
